The ESA of the Rocailles and the other actors of the Plateau image (Images Platform) of Biarritz have become a laboratory of experimentation of a new policy with regards to cultural industries so as to invent protocols, as yet unknown, for new itineraries through culture. Also, because of its geographical location, the question of sustainable development is a major preoccupation of the Côte Basque-Adour conglomeration. The Cité du Surf and the Océan in Biarritz, the Izadia ecology park of Anglet and the Ansot protected zone are all visible signs of this. The pedagogical project of the school is particularly attached to engaging in thinking on these territories. Thus, original possibilities for expression remain to be invented for this new cultural ecosystem and it is urgent for artists to be present within it.

Plateau Image of Biarritz – Audiovisual BTS of the René Cassin Highschool, the Biarritz Mediatheque, the Le Royal Cinema, the Bayonne School of Art, QuiKsilver; Frac Aquitaine ; the Institute for Research and Innovation (IRI); Villa Medici.
